No, it isn't any "hacking tool". Kids are just poking fun at multimillion dollar company that leaves open vulnerabilities for many years, despite those vulnerabilities being reported many times.

This club is for posts regarding the Public API. It's not a channel to report bugs or potential issues with site code, unless it's directly related to the public API.
That said, regarding post 4, there is a lot of work going on to replace the editor used by the site and part of that change should remove the ability to insert code like that.
