Lets me clear I have no problem with the current admins and super admins. They are all grown up busy people with lifes. I am just stating we need new admins that can be active. I am not stating that current admins have to be active or give up admin position. I hope that is fully clear. Cause when i re read what I write there it felt attacking even to myself.

In this forum I have typed about two things, The future of this club and its quality.
I have been observing many clubs from the past few weeks. I have seen inactive clubs with loads of members and active clubs with very less members. One can say i have seen them all. From countries to fan Clubs. The most active and the most good quality club that I found on chess.com was Palladins of chess and all its associated clubs. Thats a network of clubs. Admins are same and members are super active. Tournaments are full and even membership giveaways are done to bring activity and fluidity into the club.
The most interesting thing that I found in that particular network of clubs is that everyone is chill. No one fights and its all chit chating. Noone points out at each other even if a person is confirm cheater. Similarly, the person who dares to point is instantly get stops by members. QUALITY IS MAINTAINED. Masses discourage that act to point at each other. If someone have a problem with other just downvote him. If someone is annoying admins mute the member.
A wise man learns from his mistakes, a wiser man learns from others. But ladies and gentleman I think we havenot learned at all so if we want to build a great club we have to take popular active family friendly clubs as examples. Those clubs are even better than nation board clubs of some countries so its better to take them as an example
HOW ARE WE GOING TO ACHEIVE THAT:
I think the admins of our club are not active. They are not active at all. We have to pick active members THAT ARE PEACEFUL and make them admins. We have to build a community or else our more than 10000 members is just a graveyard medal thing. People who are willing should state clearly in the notes. Being a manager of an online community is not difficult. Its fun and one can say its a learning oppurtunity, for learninf responsibilty. I know am not one of the good members. I am Fizzy_1 but i want and wish for the best of this club. I have not proved to be a good roll model ever. But i know, I know we all are better than this. I dont care if I am loves or hated but i think we have to work together for greatness.
