Lets rev up those fryers

I just wanna say, chess is at its peak in Pakistan now a days. Even more than in summer vacations. I have been monitoring online chess scene in pakistan for a while and its rapidly growing at a peak rate of all time.

The thing is most of the recently joined player are no more than 600 rated. We have to take some measures to help them out. We were making daily puzzles but that went slow. We have to start phase 3.0 one way or another. My championship plan failed horribly but i got hopes from this one.

But i need help, we have to make our players as close as a family. We must help each ithers to improve. So i need ideas how can we pull something like that.

Assign a student teacher duo. Where they only play together, the higher rated person will point out the mistakes of the lower rated ones

I hope there are more otb tournaments in twin cities cause its just got real dry now.
