Greetings all, I joined this club because it is small and recently formed. I'm hoping that "getting in on the ground floor" allows me to help with club development more than would be the case in a already developed impersonal mega-club. I would hope that all the admins can work together as a group with some form of collective decision making process. I think the first thing we need to do is work on developing a formal mission statement. The MS concisely tells current and prospective members not just who we are but more importantly, where we are going as a group and how we plan to get there. In addition to clarifying our identity, the MS also forms the basis for development of guidelines, procedures, rules, club structure etc. which are both measurable and testable. Whatyaallthink??
