Limiting the number of queries

Does the api have a limit on the number of requests from one IP or any time limits?

I believe this is the only published info on this :- https://www.chess.com/news/view/published-data-api#pubapi-general-rate-limits

From experience it looks like the rate limit is somewhere around one or two requests per second.
