Phoenix, Arizona -

1.Casey Moore's Oyster House

850 S. Ash Ave.
(9th St. and Ash Ave.)
Tempe, AZ 85281

Where everyone knows your name, and the grub’s never lame. Seafood’s a safe bet here, with the fish and chips and oysters Rockefeller being our faves. Dine upstairs in quaint tranquility and coziness, downstairs in a more pubbish setting, or outside on Casey Moore’s vast, wrap-around patio. ASU students, their parents, and longtime Tempeans all meet up here to bend their elbows, quaff pints and fill their bellies. A fun spot, and a veritable Tempe institution.

2.Tt Roadhouse

This tinderbox courts the British cafe-racer tradition with English and Irish drafts while running sound-down skateboarding stunt footage and sound-up jukebox selections from Johnny Cash to The Clash.

2915 N. 68th St

3. Four Peaks Brewery

If you have ever been to the Phoenix metropolitan area, you probably know what the locals mean when they mention the phrase - “Four Peaks”. Aside from it is the name of a geological destination, the phrase is better known as the name of a local brewery located in the heart of Tempe, next to Arizona State University’s main campus.

I still remember the first time the sweetness of freshly brewed Kiltlifter landed on my taste buds… Four Peaks Brewery is very popular among the locals as well as the college crowd, it is not only because its location, but the high quality of beer and the lively atmosphere of the place.
