bring your pieces to better squares and think about what ur opponent wants and stop it
Looking for help in middlegame

It all depends on the opening that you've chosen that changes the middlegame dynamic
For example:
In this Sicilian, play will usually continue with white castling long and then both sides will try to pawn storm, white with g4 h4 h5, black with a6 b5 b4 a5 etc. Black will also try to bring his rook to the open C file and White will try to trade the strong Fianchettoed bishop on g7
So it all depends on the opening you play i'd say

Put your rooks on open files or behind pawns you want to push, don't lock your bishops behind your pawns, put your knights on active squares, use your pawns to prevent their pieces/pawns from moving forward, etc.

Thank you all for the valuable inputs
what openings do you play? i can maybe add something to help you specifically

Hi DababysBurner, That be great ! Thanks !
I play mostly the Caro-Kahn/ Nimzo-Indian for black and Italian/Alapin with White.

Lol the only one I've played a lot before is the Italian so I'll give you some examples for that I guess (Open games are hard to predict but I'll try my best)
Hi,
I’m having a difficult time to convert my advantage through the middlegame, mostly due to blunders but also due to my inability to synchronize my attacking pieces.
Thanks for the inputs
