Counteroffer: instead of shares of a company that may or may not ever be worth anything offer a contract for an agreed upon sum of money or hourly wage as to not be exploitative.
Also write much better descriptions of what you are actually trying to do and why a proof of concept is needed in the first place + proof that you are collaborating with chess.com and what it entails as that could mean anything.

As to the proof of concept, the tournament is such a unique idea, I felt is best to allow one to observe it first hand at www.4teamchess.com. If chess.com had not agreed to collaborate, my posts would be gone (as they were at the beginning). As I am not a wealthy man, the only feasible means for me to compensate anyone is to offer a percentage of revenue when it begins. It is a risk, and a person would have to take that into account. I have done the prework myself. My code works to the point I can demonstrate the concept. I have two other websites (non-revenue earning) that show completed beta versions. www.blitzplayers.com and www.potbowlers.com They have their own set of impediments to success. I do appreciate your input and thankfully I have two persons working with me but can always use more help.

In collaboration with chess.com, I have developed a proof of concept to demonstrate the largest chess tournament in the world. The proof lives at www.4teamchess.com.
