yeah, I'm having the same problem with a player who won't resign a hopelessly lost game and is slow playing the inevitable conclusion...I figure it will take 10-15 moves to CM him and at 5 days a pop that will be about 2-3 months...His name is Toi, just FYI...

I had a situation like the game by sleeper is playing & though he would not resign he agreed to a draw but you are way ahead sleeper in your game & my guess is that you will win by move 25. thanks guys for the feed back.
Hey! That's the reason why I withdrew from these kind of tournaments and probably won't sign up for more... In my opinion, they should change the rules: once the players advancing are through, the next round should start; the only solution I see against slow players is to join no vacation tournaments only; that, at least, would make things a bit faster.

At the Chess960 RandomChess homepage, in the Group Menu, click on 'Vote Chess'. You'll see the two current games.
I was playing in a tournament that was 97% finished for the 1st round but have been waiting 5 months for the last few games to complete & play again . Now I cannot even find the tournament to see who still has to finish their games. A few players have spoilt my 1st impressions of the chess960 group
