1. Quyền hạn của Super Admin

3. Hạn chế của Super Admin

Không được thay đổi quy chế quan trọng của CLB mà không có sự tham khảo hoặc biểu quyết từ Ban điều hành (nếu có).

4. Cách thức bổ nhiệm và miễn nhiệm
Super Admin có thể là người sáng lập hoặc được bầu ra từ Ban điều hành CLB.
Trong trường hợp vi phạm nghiêm trọng, Super Admin có thể bị miễn nhiệm nếu đa số thành viên Ban điều hành hoặc hội nghị thành viên biểu quyết thông qua.
Khi rút lui, Super Admin phải bàn giao đầy đủ tài liệu, quyền truy cập và hướng dẫn lại cho người kế nhiệm.
