The town wakes up to find killer-2, the citizens' only power role, with two bullet holes in his head. The citizens immediately begin a heated discussion. And since they are out of power roles, they aren't going to give the mafia the time of night they need for another kill. The day has begun, and it will not end until the mafia are strung up.

The citizens of the original island had survived. Thanks to the mafia, the citizens of the other two islands are now all sleeping with the fishes, but where the others had failed, the citizens succeeded in saving the first island from the fate of the other two. The two survivors of the struggle had begun a reconstruction: burnt-down houses were rebuilt, blood stains on the ground were covered by new gravel roads, and four more people had moved to the island - with a great deal of persuasion, of course. The original island seemed well on course to return to its former state of glory, back before three of the islanders had gone rogue.
But that all changed when one of the islanders was found dead in a pool of his own blood. One bullet had gone clean through his head, another had nicked his ear. Two bullets, two mafia.
The mafia were clearly running out of skilled members: only one of them could even aim, and they were both stupid enough to announce their presence. But even so, the mafia would be difficult to beat. All it took was two deaths, and the mafia would have control of the first and last island.
But the citizens were tired of playing by the rules the mafia set. This time, they weren't the only ones with guns: all the citizens had them too, and if a citizen was lynched, you can bet they wouldn't go down without taking another life with them. The mafia may have been able to kill one person overnight, but the citizens weren't going to give them another chance to kill again.
This time, the mafia aren't the only ones out for blood.
