no I inducted you since Yal told in the forum that she duels 23D which I assumed was the truth. Privateer is a day action so I also assumed that when 23D convinced Yal to duel you (during night) and Yal replied with "kk", Yal actually sent Magnus to duel 23D until her "kk" post. 

since I thought switching actions at night is not allowed, especially because Privateer is a day action and because she changed her action based on 23D talking at night, I inducted Hao

then Cultist shouldn't have won then, right? Cus as long as SK dies, game immediately ends cus I'm last NK

that is correct but I made my action based on the rules. if Yal changed her action it would not be fair because of 2 reasons: 

- she changed it at night while Privateer is a day action

- she changed it based on 23D talking at night which is not fair either

of course I do not know 100% sure she changed her action but I am convinced this is what happened because she told us she will duel 23D until 23D convinced her at night (when Yal replied "kk")
