Privateer is a day action like the Jailor. it basically should not matter when the mod is online but when the Privateer sends their action. and again, if there was a switch at night, it would not only be unfair because of what I have written but also because 23D convinced her by talking at night

Privateer is a day action and if you did your action during night, when 23D talked, that should have been illegal
