Marine Species Class

There are many species of shrimps in the whole world. One that can punch like 50,00 times and one that can make loud popping noises. 

The Mantis shrimp have very hard claws and it protects its burrow. Both male and female mantis shrimps are known to compete over by coral burrows

The mantis shrimp is know to be the fastest puncher. I once watched a video that it punched probably a sea snail, it punched and broke the whole shell and it punched the snail. And it died because the mantis shrimp punched the snail. It's known to even break glass!

A mantis shrimp punch is as strong as 200 pounds (91 kilograms)

It can also see UV light

The other shrimp, also known as the "Snapping shrimp" it can make bubbles with it's pinchers and pop the bubble to make a loud, and scary popping noise. It's so loud that it can even kill victims.

There are shrimp that can live in deeper depths, The deep-sea shrimp lives in the midnight zone

Also shrimp eat algae, plankton, small fishes, and plant particles. 

Did you know some snapping shrimp live in colonies like ants. These species also mate for life
