Ive recently been having trouble winning games with the martian gambit when facing Bf5 because i have to play a slow move and then they can play Nd7 and theyre fine. 

Bd3 cooks them

How do you do that for the lines!

Bd3 instead of Ne5

G4 next then bd3

Bd3 best move then the game becomes easy for white because of light square weaknesses for black

Bd3 before Ne5 is interesting but not good. There is Bxd3 then Qa5+ followed by Qf5.
