Max lowkey fell off, she has medium range, and its pretty hard to approch enemies.
So, between the two I'd say pam, she's good at gem grab, and hotzone, duo showdown, and decent at brawlball, heist, and solo showdown.
Play her in semi closed maps, (snipers and long ranged damage dealers counter her), and focus on holding down lanes for as long as possible. Make sure to practice your doging!
