No Both are different achievements Killer King happens when you have king infront of a queen or any piece that gives the opponent checkmate when you move your King that is called Killer King.
Castle Victory: Castle Victory is the achivement the you will get if your opponent in such a position that when you castle your opponent will get checkmate.
