watched it, i see you have no such problem, but yes, what you ask at the end is correct...
i just tried the same search that you did, i got the same result as you did... however, if i change Canada to the UK, and search, click through to the first on the list, then click back, i'm taken back to the list of Georges from Canada...
I am trying to find a member by their surname... - share/members... https://www.chess.com/members
On the right-hand-side is the search panel... i enter his surname, select United Kingdom from the dropdown countries list, click search... i am presented with a list of hits... none stand out as being obvious, i click through the first name on the list... not the one i was looking for... click back... back to the start again, i have to re-enter the name and country...
