About Baseballfan...he has to be in this group in accordance with the rules that the site agreed upon for this World League. Basically, he's in every team that is involved with the World League, for the sole purpose of appointing a successor if the original super admin is unable to continue controlling the group.

Yeah, I was a bit unsure on that as well but when all things legal are considered, I'm a resident of Ohio. 
I believe OSUluckeye is in the wrong group, he is from CA

OSUBuckeye may be from CA, but I believe that he is currently living in Ohio for college, and thus he gets to choose which group he plays for. He chose North-Central, and thus he plays with us.
Here's where you can post the names of members who are not in the correct group. Then we can go about getting them into the correct group.
