Might be best to have someone who's technically qualified or codes for a living? They'd have a better idea of what a candidate might be able to bring to the group.
I describe my own ability as reasonably deep but also quite narrow which is why I'm often left nonplussed by the replies of IT professionals.
Don’t think I have the time or inclination for this, but if you’re looking for some connections in general on chess.com / lichess / discord I may be able to help in that regard since I’ve been around for a few years

I have been so busy coding researching and posting that I have not invited anyone in a week.
