well its just going opposite the way i had thought..i had figured out it would be large number of mentees and fewer mentors..but we hardly have one mentee...looks like everybody is perfect here..ok i will be mentee..

As Swaraj suggested earlier we need to work on increasing the quality and quantity of the team..Quantity here means the increasing the number of members..everybody must try to help in tat..regrading the earlier part quality..that means we need to improve our standards..so here is a thing which most of admins and Vijay sir agreed for.. we will start a programme called mentoring as per which the high rated players will play unrated match against low rated players..so as to help them in improving and analyse the mistakes and help them to get better..going by that i will prepare a two lists one is supposed to be mentors list(one who is willing to coach),other is mentees list(people willing to take lessons)...people interested in this programme are requested to type their name..and be specific on what u want to be(mentor or mentee)...looking forward for large participation.
