so let's start , first , before u long castled , just play c3 to avoid the annoying Nb4 that attacks the queen .

after he played e5 , it's better to take with the pawn because we want to try to preserve the black bishop because it's a good active bishop that has a strong diagonal , so we take d*e5 , if knight takes e5 , we take back with the knight .

c4 that you played is not a good move , because u shouldn't push pawns that are in front of ur king ( those pawns are your king's shelter ) . After he played Qd6 , we have a position where it's opposite side castling , so the strategy is to attack his king , how do we do that : by pushing the kingside pawns and bringing the d rook to the g file , so what i suggest after Qd6 is to push g4 and h4 and bring the rook to g1 to try to attack him with as much material as we can . in opposite side castling , we should try to avoid pushing the central pawns ( e and d and c pawn) because that would open the center which give him space and open files that he can use to have his own attacks and counterplay.

after c*d5 , e4 is not good , i know that ur idea is to win a pawn because the pawn is pinned but remember that u should always see what's ur opponent possible moves , after e4 , he can go Q*c6 check sliding from the pin then taking on e4 . instead of e4 , u can as i said before go g4 or play a "prophylaxis move"(preventive) Kb1 stepping away from the open c file where black can give checks by the rooks or the queen .

after Qh6 check , Rd2 is a mistake , u don't want to pin urself , u can just go Kb1 .

after Re8 , instead of going Kc2 where the king is exposed , the best way to avoid the pin and close the e file to avoid rook infiltration , u can go knight e3.

after Qd6 , Kc3 is a blunder becaause it allows black to exploit the pin on the knight and play b5 winning back the piece , u could've went Kb1 to avoid any counterplay for black.

after QF6 CHECK , u should've retreated with the king to c2 to try too hide the king on b1 ;going Kingb4 leaves ur king in danger especially that black still has the queen and rooks ( always remember , in the endgame where most pieces got exchanged , activating the king is good , BUT when there are still heavy pieces like the queen and rooks , ur king needs to be protected , hidden and not exposed to checks and attacks)

again after a5 , u should go Kb3 and try to play a3 and hide the king on a2 , because when u took on a5 , black has an open a file where he can check u with his rooks.

Nc8 is ablunder , probably u forgot it was undefended .

so , now in that endgame where u're up material , u should try to exchange all heavy pieces (not pawns) to go into a simplified winning endgame , because if exchange heavy pieces , u're not in danger that can be caused by the queen and rooks.

Instead of going Rook b2 , u should activate ur king and try to promote the pawn , u don't the rook behing ur pawn because u can use the king ( king activity is vital in the endgame ) , u must go king c4 and keep pushing the pawn with the help of the king.

again King d2 is not needed , go King c4 and try to promote ur pawn , his pawns won't cause trouble because we have the rook to take care of that .

After that , u took advantage of his wrong f pawn push and u won .

hopefully this helps .
