If a 1 is touching a mine, all the other spaces it's touching have to be normal, because if not, they'd have to be mines. and if they were mines, the 1 would have to be a 2 for 2 mines. Remember that, it'll help you a lot.
lol. trying for speed lowers the chance of winning and trying for winning lowers your speed.
I also got it in 3sec once and there were just three clicks, lol. The first one surprised me so much that I took 2 whole seconds to solve the rest. Now my windows have changed and the best times are washed away. The new windows Vista has a graphical minesweeper not that intresting and an even worse game of chess called chess titans which is nothing but full of blunders and bugs.

First you make a buncha wild guesses, till' you get the big thing that gives you a buncha stuff. Heres the thing. Each number has that many mines surrounding it(diagnol counts). So lets say theres a 5, theres 5 mines cover it. If there is a 1 with one space that hasn't been touched yet, and the other spaces are NOT mines, then that untouched space is a mine. Right click to make flags(press it twice more to change your mind). Flags are notes telling you that it's a mine. The goal of the game is to win. To do this, you must have no empty spaces but the mines. K?
