Consistency in the application of them is where the disagreements enter the equation. Some Moderators may be more tolerant than others. Banned on twitch for inappropriate one liner joke. No Warning. When Alex was playing GM they were asking the stream what they are playing for.... I said they are playing for nudes. As a joke obviously. I was perma banned. No warning nothing for that. A joke....
Have you tried messaging a mod, apologizing for the bad behavior and promised not to do it again? That is the best way of to go about getting unbanned in the majority of twitch communities. (I don't know the details in Alex's). Frankly you expecting unpaid mods to spend 10 minutes reading your entire chat history to decide if your sexual comment was a joke or in poor taste or something more sinister while still having to read 100s of other messages scrolling through chat at the same time is mod abuse.

Mod abuse is on the forums too, not that it is abuse in that they can do whatever they want for whatever reasons they want. The same way a business owner can reject service to anyone for any reason, even discriminatory ones. It's the reason we don't have monopolies so that healthy competition is allowed. If a monopoly begins to discriminate, I think it's time to move, change your tune, give up of choose another sexual orientation.
If you can't beat them, join them as a modern religious staple is to co-operate with each other.
I definitely haven't see any co-operation and way too much Venial Sin through individualism. The best example is President Donald Trump. I believe the Venial Sins can add to Mortal Sin.

I'm afraid your low IQ is getting in your way. I didn't say you had said anything about pogchamps contestants objectifying an opponent. However you called chess.com hypocrites when someone in chat got banned for a joke that objectified a streamer on the basis that some of the pogchamps contestants were foul mouthed, so i challenged you to demonstrate the double standard where a chatter can get banned for being a sexist piece of shit while a contestant making the same kind of objectifying comments doesn't.
