Chess Score Pad has gone on to the evaluation committee. The had the iPods I sent in for four months, so they had plenty of time to reject it on the basis of being a iOS device. I just have to wait now.

Have you all heard about the newly released plycount chess recorder? Now selling for $199
I am naturally biased towards ios devices but thought I should mention this new entry to the arena.
I see that:
PlyCounter meets the FIDE and USCF requirements for electronic score sheets. The official certification is currently in progress
I personally think that the days of these type of devices have past. If the USCF starts to certify iOS apps, I don't think many people will pay this much for a dedicated device.
