Monthly Chess Club

I don't know how many of the members were aware of the chess tournament that took place on Bold Street on Friday 22nd April 2011, but it has kick started the monthly chess club taking place in Leaf on Bold Street.

Next month's meeting will take place on Monday 23rd May from 7pm onwards and is free to attend. It would be great if we could get a few members from this group to attend and have a game or two.

That is a really good idea.  I would love to go, but family committments do make it difficult.  I will try to get to one at some point.  Keep us posted.

If anyone goes and gets chatting, give them a nudge in the direction of chess.com and this group.

A reminder to everybody that Monday 23rd May will see the start of the monthly chess club at Leaf on Bold Street.

If anybody fancies coming down you are more than welcome.
