Promotion status - Coordinator ==> Admin

3 options - Neutral, Yes and No. 

NOTE- If neutral votes surpass both Yes and No, then no effect will take place. If No gets maximum votes, it will be the same thing.

no I am only gonna promote the most active members to admins as SA list is full with Satwixx becoming SA. Rainclouds is one of the most active members so I am making a petition to make her admin not SA

I made a news saying from now on, we will promote active members to admin or coordinator every month. Meanwhile the players who have remained active will be demoted. This will balance things. You are frequently online that’s why I did it ;-;
