Monthy Evaluations For The Staff

Hello at the first day of every month I will be doing an evaluation of the staff and if you are not meeting the standards you will be demoted please be active and helpful

(first evaluation will be on November 1st)

you have noticed that the staff percentage in the club has dropped by 1.8% out of the total members because I demoted the inactive staff

cuz staff have been inactive

So what are you saying 

if you aren't meeting  the standards ill check with Saru and if she agrees your demoted

wonder what the standard evaluation's are. hope it doesn't require one to be active in the club as I am like on and monitoring but can't really chat much due to my own issues along busy with my school work
