Move classificatons

I know that when a user does game review on their games on chess.com it shows the accuracy of the games in the api, but does it also show move classifications like inaccuracies, mistakes, blunders, etc?

Game Review data isn't stored in the database at all anymore and when it was I'm pretty sure that was not included in the API. Each visit to a review, other than shortly after running it, refund the process now.

It also likely won't be added as it would allow premium members to run reviews for basic members and that data would be retrievable.

It wouldn't be trivial to detect that kind of abuse, rather than limit functionality to prevent it?

You can roughly derive these yourself by letting stockfish analyze each position of the game and then calculating the centipawn loss incurred by each move. There are probably more factors being considered than just cp loss, but it (or some other similar scoring system) is almost certainly the foundation for the classifications.
