How so? If you are comparing it to other players here, they have played 20+ times more games than you. Don't compare ratings with others and don't stress much about rating goals. This is just a game.
If you are serious about improving: play rapid, stop moving fast - start thinking, do puzzles slowly, read chess books, look at master games slowly but most importantly HAVE FUN.
