Wow! that was quite an interesting game. The tactic with Qxe4!! was very pretty and I suppose he missed the fork on move 37 because of low time seeing as it was blitz. I got no clue how the opening works as I play the trompowsky against Indian defenses, but it seems to me that you played very well, you just missed the tactic which is nothing to be ashamed of, especially against an IM
My game against International Master Peter Large

Thanks, @ItsChessMagic! And yeah, I have played way more d4 than e4 because I like all the positions that arise from the queen's pawn opening, I am familiar with them and have studied a few variations. I feel comfortable playing in these types of positions : )
Thanks again.

That game should be called The Dance Of The Kings! Crazy stuff!
I find when playing much higher rated players, that whilst I may occasionally compete with them in the opening & middle-game, they've already won the endgame due to something subtle way above my pay grade There's a lot to be learnt from defeats against top, classy players
Hey everyone! How is it going?
In this forum, I wanna share a game I played against IM Peter Large from England (@Plimsol).
It was a 3 min blitz game with 2 seconds increment.
Don't ask about the result, I of course lost lol. However, I do feel about I played well for some period of time.
Here's the game with my own annotations:
I hope you enjoyed the game and the annotations. Do write your thoughts in the comments.
And higher-rated players, pls don't roast me for my awful play lol.
