Nice clean game! This was pretty one-sided. You were basically winning out of the opening and mopped up the rest of the toasted white pieces later. The moral of this story is the Portuguese Gambit (A Scandinavian with 2. ...Nf6 and 3. ... c6) isn't a real gambit. White would be ill-advised to try to keep his extra pawn for the exact reasons that we saw in this game.

This is my last game that I played in the Albuquerque Scholastic Chess League. This last round was against Academy for first place. I won my game against Thomas, Academy's first board, but unfortunately everyone else on our team lost. My score for this year was 5.5 out of 6, I had one draw.
