My riddle

Guys pls dont post other riddles in this forum. Only attempt to answer.

Here it is:

3 Men went to swim in a pool. they all entered the pool. After they came back, only two had their hair wet. Why did the 1 guy not get his hair wet?

(NOTE: All men wore no equipment such as shower caps and goggles. The pool was full of water. All of the men submerged their whole body in the water, Including their heads.)
