My riddle

I thought up this riddle. Ok, two guys walk into a pub, one was wearing a suit and the other was wearing a striped shirt and jeans and he also had a badge .A women wearing a nice dress and having a star tattoo starts waving at one of the two men. Who was it?

Good answer but wrong.

The answer was the one in the striped shirt and a badge. The badge was a sheriff’s badge which made it have a star and the lady had a star tattoo (I forgot to mention that it was on the waist). Also a sheriff makes a salary of over 50,000 dollars (that’s what google Said anyway).
