if you want SA you must show promise, meaning recruiting people and showing you can be reliable, as in for organizing events and other things. Coordinator will be your easiest promotion to make all it will require, is your Attendance and continued activity within the club. Now if you want to take it a step further and be made Admin you must be willing to put forth effort in bringing people into the group, SA will be reserved for those i know will contribute greatly in furthering the group.
