NAPCA SEMINAR
Registration is going on in the 8th NAPCA TRAINER AND COACHES SEMINAR on April 18 & 19, 2009 at the AVR, Municipal Building , Gen. Trias Cavite.
The seminar is organized by the National Association of Philippine Chess Arbiters (NAPCA) in cooperation with the support of Hon. Mayor Luis "Jon-jon" Ferrer IV, MSDO Chairman Coun. Morit Sisonand Gen. Trias Chess Club President Erdie Saquilayan.
The program is open to the representatives of Sports Department of Cities and Municipalities, Chess Clubs, Schools and any Organization.
