I can't think of anything more tilting than the initial rating putting you at 2200, then the weekly re-rate dropping you to 2199.

I just achieved a USCF rating of 2200 on the dot, however on my USCF profile, it still says I am in the 1st category. Do I need to wait for my 2200 rating to get published(monthly published) in order to get the title on my profile?

congrats on the title!

That happened to a friend of mine. He ended up getting NM by going to a scholastic tournament and beating up a bunch of 800s.

But yeah, it takes time. It took about 2 weeks for mine to update, so be patient.

It looks like you already achieved National Master some time ago, back in 2016.
