Consider ALL the time windows you'd be available to play a game. (optional) Convert them to UTC time zone. Post ALL the time windows where you'll be free. (Ex.: Friday 28th, 10:00-14:00 UTC; Saturday 29th, 15:00-19:00) When a time agreement is set, you have 30 minutes from the specific agreed time to show up for the game. Admins will accompany all negotiations being held and measure not only the pro-activeness, but also (and more importantly) a player's interest in getting a game in case forfeit results need to be ruled upon. In most cases, if your opponent does not negoshiate after 72 hours, you are allowwed to claim forfeit. IMPORTANT: When the scheduled game time arrives and you are online for your game, post the following at your Negotiation Thread: "It is (insert scheduled game time here) now and I am here for my game." Do NOT post it before the precise scheduled time for your game.
It is advised that you follow this thread. Your opponent must also post his time availability here, so it is wise that you oficialize all essential game negotiation information in this here thread.
