New addition to my collection, but not sure what it is?

This set has ten pawns of each colour and two spare queens for each colour. The spare queens are similar in size to the main queen but they don't have the same coronet, they are just flat at the top. The set is curious because I've never seen one with that style of spare queens or with ten pawns. I was hoping someone here might know something?
