Same company, and same person Alice de'bon found the children so what if she did it and made it look like she didn't do it. And, it says eyes peeking so it means that there is more than one eye. Alice found children which is plural so it means that she could have placed them inside of a room that someone was occupied in, but a room that they never looked inside and wouldn't look inside.

No, unfortunately, you are wrong. The note was found by the guest and was reported to the facility. I do not work at the building, I am the detective, and I'm calling for some help.

This note was found bloody in a hallway. Blood covers the rest of the note. Please help us find the problem.
