I got a feedback from a chess friend from Team Malaysia Club btw, the friend said
"I like the idea but
1) There is too much work for the admins and sub
2) Chess.com do not have the features to support this idea unless you create a discord group
3) Most people play chess very active for a few weeks, then they will quit for a long time"

. Its Just An Idea, But I hope you like it.
As you already seen the title of this forum, I will be adding some roles in this club. It would be Interesting to see how this would work out(might fail too xD), but of course I also need some members to help me with the roles
I will start showing the roles first and their purposes.
THE ROLES
1. (Admin)Testers - The Testers will test if you are qualified to be in the roles you want/choose the roles for you.
2. (Coordinator)Elite Team - The Elite Team will be our strongest chess members who will revenge/challenge members from other clubs/our club. * Not Sure *
3. Main Team - The Main Team will be the Majors for OP/Specific Club Matches.
4. Merge Team - The Merge Team will be the Majors for OP/Specific Vote Chess Matches, which they have to communicate with each other together to win.
5. Sub Team - The Sub Team will be the tested members who are qualified to play for our club & Back-ups.
6. Chessers - The Chessers will have no roles, but can participate in tournaments, chat and share stuffs.
DETAILS
Everybody is allowed to do what they like, but the roles I made are just for times when we are challenging specific clubs or OP Clubs. The testers will test here, and the Roles would be done here too. I will try to keep the Forum Updated. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. Cuz its just an idea I thought of
