If we use https://api.chess.com/pub/country/IT/players we get only 10000 records with a ""comment":"Results are temporarily reduced to the first 10000 players for performance reasons"".
Can we get more than 10000 records or next 10000 records?
Possibility to get 10000 records starting from given record would be (probably) the best.
