New feature?

What's this "add 15 seconds to the clock for your opponent" thing that's sometimes popping up now?  I've never seen this before in Bug, or anywhere for that matter. 

Okay great, I'm glad it's not just me!  Was wondering if I was either going mad or missing something. It only seems to happen so far when I'm matched against one of my friends?

On all variants on lichess, there is that option

I think this feature was brought up for normal chess and was added to Buggames by default. It should be removed instantly.
Adding 15sec to opponent in bug is the exact same as
"Add opponent extra few central pawns or extra N on h6" in regular chess.

Its a new feature; only in beta right now. Still has some bugs.
