For starters, the new standard position should've had its own rating like everything else.
I haven't seen a single 2000+ or 2500+ FFA game being played. Most games are 1 | 7 FFA.
My biggest issue is the lack of opening creativity available in Teams. The new position may be more balanced, but so far it leads to boring positions and games. Unless you play the exact same moves in the opening, you'll be getting mated quickly if you're a new player.
Old Standard had a variety of openings, established theory, which led to exciting games. I'm not looking forward to playing the same boring position every day, are you?
