I have 4 notifications that keep reappearing. One of these 4 is a vote chess notification that I have already submitted my vote into and the other 3 are forums that have been made in a few different clubs. I keep pressing the X button and clicking on them but it isn't working. They always go away for a few seconds then coming back.

One of these 4 is a vote chess notification that I have already submitted my vote into and the other 3 are forums that have been made in a few different clubs. I keep pressing the X button and clicking on them but it isn't working. They always go away for a few seconds then coming back.
Does anyone know what is wrong with it?
