He hasn't logged in for 14 days, so that may explain why he didn't join the match. However, I haven't seen him active in the group for a couple of months, so you could demote him temporarily, and when he comes back to the site, offer him to regain his admin privileges as long as he participates in the club.

This sounds like the best course of action.

I am disappointed with Cherub to say the least.
Cherub has neglected their duty as club admin for far too long. Going so far as ignoring my request to play in the most important match in our club's history.
So I've decided to ask for a vote. Should Cherub lose Adminship due to the lack of recent participation, or does Cherub's past performance justify keeping it.
