On Cherub

I am disappointed with Cherub to say the least. 

Cherub has neglected their duty as club admin for far too long. Going so far as ignoring my request to play in the most important match in our club's history. 

So I've decided to ask for a vote. Should Cherub lose Adminship due to the lack of recent participation, or does Cherub's past performance justify keeping it. 

As one of Chess.com's premier Chess club. Let's discuss this civilly and make a decision. I thank you for your input.  

He's our greatest talent, and our biggest disappointment

But he was handy in vote chess, can we afford to possibly alienate one of our only prodigies?

I don't think he cares about this group anymore.  I say drop him.

He hasn't logged in for 14 days, so that may explain why he didn't join the match. However, I haven't seen him active in the group for a couple of months, so you could demote him temporarily, and when he comes back to the site, offer him to regain his admin privileges as long as he participates in the club.

This sounds like the best course of action.

n a  y . Had i not recovered from my strange condition of ten years, I would have the urgency to speak "neigh", and no other word, which perhaps increases the severity of this gratification to my old friend, the cherubine, cherub.
