One of the most strangest guys i've seen in war

Faced a level 13 king tower in war, but has so many low level cards, checked his card collection on royaleapi, and like 80 cards he's never upgraded before, so he's got like a lot of level 1 commons, level 3 rares, and level 6 epics, and level 9 legendaries.

what's strange about that

I usually see level 13s with much high card collections then this

my mini rn is basically that, I have 1 level 14 and 2 level 12 and 5 level 11 and the rest at like level 1

Some people just upgrade cards they use  and don’t upgrade cards they don’t use

Some people just don't like upgrading cards they don't like. 

My main account has everyone at least 9 because that used to be tournament standard, and back when level 9 was tournament standard, it bring a level 1 card up to level 11 like it does now. 

But yeah, this is pretty normal

I usually see like level 10s or 11s having this type of card collection, not level 13s

It may be a bit out of the ordinary, but these accounts definitely exist.
