depends on ur preference

in the second position, I'd castle and play similar to a berlin

I think playing the queen's gambit declined after nc3 is slightly inaccurate nowadays because it allows the slightly advantageous exchange variation for white

which is why the Nimzo is by far the most popular choice after nc3
