Did not see a spot for defense so I put it here, What about the dutch defense stonewall variation?

I believe this is the correct way to play the stonewall dutch, if you don't want to play the Leningrad Dutch or French. If White ever exchanges on d5, take with the e-pawn. I'm studying this opening and I'm playing in a correspondence tournament here on chess.com about this opening.

I have played stonewall and classic not sure how to play leningrad. Is there a book you recommend on the Dutch. Oh and thanks for responding.

Oraoradeki

I'm not sure if Leningrad Dutch is beginner-friendly. This opening is subject to frequent h-pawn attacks so you'll be spending time defending. In chess its harder to defend than to attack. I suggest sticking with the stonewall or classical.

Maybe this professional game will convince you that Leningrad is dangerous for Black.

The Leningrad really is a bit to complicated in my opinion. The Stonewall is a solid and good choice. I will show you some lines and games later :)

Here is my repertoire which I am planning to use in my next OTB tournament against 1.d4, c4, Nf3 and maybe even 1.Nh3.

I used to play the King's Indian Defence as Black but I decided to give up because it is too complicated for me. Maybe I might come back to it if it hit like 1900 elos. The beauty of Stonewall and KID is that you can use the setup against any Closed game openings. Against 1.e4 I plan on playing the Modern defense and Sicilian defense (Sveshnikov 4evaa) as my back-up.
