it wasnt even that gangy. he didn't play a good game imo. got entangled early with blue, and after a few more exchanges he was lost.

Something seems strange here.. Why is he not on the Top 10 Players list?

top 10 after game finished.. he musta lost like 150 pts

I am probably wrong but showing top 10 during game should be his score before game started not after?

top10 is after game obviously, b4 he was #2 and lost >90 pts

First of all, Kim is she, not he.  Ok, I am kidding.

Now seriously: The players from the Top10 are not World Champions, they are not robots. They do have bad days, bad games, bad moods. And they do blunder quite a lot, especially when they are multitasking.

I was in the Top10 on the 2nd place 3 days ago. And I still blunder my bishops and rooks, and sometimes I blunder my queen too.

Lower rated guys just blunder more often, this is the difference. And lower rated guys sometimes forget they are in a 4 player game, not 2. So, backstabbers catch them more often. Higher rated players are more paranoid, more focused.

I played a game yesterday where I was dead meat. Checked and my queen en prise with check mate. One of the two remaining players (the backstabber) preferred to keep me in the game, possibly because the other one was ahead on material. I ended up winning. A strange game this is!

the weird thing is that when you are top ten if you play with rating around 1500 there is a huge possibility that they are going to gang up on you just because they think you are too good . i literally played a game were i was 3vs1 well 2 vs1 and the third got the check mate .
